Our client is establishing itself as a Technology Services leader in the Workload Automation and IT Service Management arenas as well as further developing its Strategy & Business Transformation services.

They are a progressive and innovative technology service consulting business who are looking to expand rapidly. This is an amazing opportunity for a highly driven and talented Senior Sales Executive with a proven track record in new business wins in the software sales space. By joining this small team, you will focus on selling software solutions and their unique and innovative range of transformation services as well. You will be key to supporting their exciting growth plans for the long-term future.

To be successful in this role you will:

• You will have a proven track record in new business sales, ideally with Workload Automation solutions (Preferably BMC Control-M)
• Ideally, you will have worked in a start-up environment before; have an entrepreneurial spirit; leading as a pioneer or Rainmaker to grow and scale a business.
• Experience and use of an established Value Based Selling methodology.
• Be confident, self-motivated and a self-starter
• Use a variety of styles to persuade and negotiate; presents an image that mirrors the client.
• Be career focused & eager to progress.
• Have great communication, engagement and negotiation skills
• Willing to roll up sleeves and get stuck in.
• Working from home and traveling extensively across the UK, you will be able to work with autonomy and little guidance.
