This is a sales role that will propel your career t to the next level.

Imagine talking with worldwide brands daily to help them digitally transform their graduate recruitment and project them into the future of global connectivity.

You will be combining your traditional sales skills with new-age marketing techniques and social selling to attract graduate employers and help bring them on to the platform.

But what’s better is you will be making a real difference to thousands of graduates’ lives. Slync’s platform allows for extreme transparency, no hidden agenda, speed in candidate (and company) access and all for a fraction of what traditional recruitment agencies charge.

Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

• Researching the client market

• Communicating with potential clients and setting up meetings/ demo’s

• Solution selling for Slync’s platform to new clients

• Ensuring completion of daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s

• Cold calling

• Lead Generation

• Optimising LinkedIn Sales Navigator by InMailing new potential leads

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Sales or Recruitment experience – ideally solution selling/ SPIN

• Full understanding of social selling

• Ideally marketing experience

• Passion for helping others

• Degree educated or equivalent

• Tech Savvy

• Entrepreneurial mindset – able to work in a start-up environment
