• Realistic on target earnings of £60k – £70K in first year
• Uncapped commission
• Basic salary circa £25K
• No cold calling involved.  Primarily dealing with inbound enquiries

Candidate Profile

• Highly motivated and target oriented
• Possess a high level of energy and enthusiasm
• An excellent communicator and will possess natural empathy and an ability to build rapport
• Have sales experience (ideally in a B2C environment)
• Be a genuine self-starter
