What we are looking for:

• You must be an experienced 360 recruiter with experience in the wind energy sector – this is a prerequisite.
• We’d expect you to have an extensive network of contacts with all stakeholders: WTG OEM’s, Operators, Major Suppliers
• You will have a solid Business Development focus – a ‘hunter’ profile.
• You will be highly driven and thrive on autonomy.
• You will be a first class communicator, being credible and influential to customers and candidates alike
