Kingman Lennox is working exclusively with Xodus Group (www.xodusgroup.com) to help them hire a suitably experienced and qualified Business Development Manager within the Advisory Business Unit.

Xodus Advisory works with clients to solve strategic problems integrating technical, commercial and economic issues in Energy, Renewables and Infrastructure. Clients include; National Oil Companies, E&P operators, Governments, and Financial Institutions, Intermediaries and Investors.  They are trusted by some of the largest and highest profile entities in their respective industry / finance space. Xodus Advisory group works on issues on a global scale from  offices in London, Houston, Perth and Dubai.

Candidate Profile:

• You will have experience in identifying and penetrating new prospect clients and will possess a proven successful sales track record within the energy sector. You will also have a significant network of relevant contacts.
• You will be a genuine sales ‘hunter’ with the drive, tenacity and work-ethic required to consistently generate new-business opportunities.
• A highly driven individual with the determination and strength of character required to drive sales opportunities, maintaining focus on objectives whilst overcoming short-term challenges.
• You will also be highly organised, target-oriented and possess a strong drive for results
• You will possess an innate ability to quickly and easily build rapport with individuals at all levels of an organisation.
• You will have a robust understanding of effective sales and marketing practices, both offline and online.
• A true self-starter who is resilient, can work independently and will take ownership of tasks.
• You will be an excellent listener and communicator and will speak English fluently. Other major European languages would be a plus.
• You will understand, adopt, endorse and promote a culture of customer focus, integrity, teamwork, excellence and perseverance.

Remuneration Package:

On offer is a competitive base salary (dependent upon experience) and a generous commission plan. In addition the company offers a full benefits package including pension, life insurance, bonus scheme and medical insurance.
